- 1 Min. Bike Sprint
- 75 Twists w/ Medicine Ball
- 20 Push Ups
- 75 Jump Rope
- 20 Side to Side on Step
- 20 Rope Pulls
- 20 Flys
- 1 Min. Stand and Climb on Bike
- 20 Upright Rows
Do the above exercises as a pyramid – Start with #1, then do #1 & #2, then #1, #2, & #3, continue adding another exercise each round.
